Almost every access problem comes down to one missed step. Work through these in order — most people are unstuck in two minutes.
Make sure you have a Discord account — and that you're logged in
The community lives on Discord. If you haven't yet, create a free account and verify the email Discord sends you. Already have an account? Make sure you're logged into that account, not a second one.
Join the 100 Days server
While logged into Discord, use the invite link. If you're already in the server, skip to Step 3.
Join the serverLink your Discord to your membership — the step most people miss
This is what unlocks the community channels. If you paid but can't see the channels, this is almost certainly the missing piece. It's safe to run again at any time.
Link my membershipOn your phone and it didn't work? Try it in a regular browser (Safari or Chrome) instead of inside the Discord app — or on a computer if you have one handy. If a confirmation email is involved, check your spam or junk folder.
Look for the #🌱-show-up-and-begin channel
Once linked, the community channels appear. Head to #🌱-show-up-and-begin, introduce yourself, and follow the short orientation there.
